Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Items can be returned within 30 days with authorization by completing a return through our Return Center.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must show no signs of use (subject to vendor's discretion), and be returned in the original manufacturers packing.
• Each item must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (generated through the My Account section). 
• Must include a copy of your receipt with the completed Return Merchandise Request form.

Please note refunds are for the cost of the product only. Returns of all items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

After 30 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative by calling 1-866-419-0710 (8AM to 5PM EST, Monday - Friday).
