• Include your account email and company name in the message
• If available, include your order number (for recent or pending orders)

• Once approved, your account will be updated to reflect tax-exempt status
• You will receive a confirmation once your account has been updated

Important notes

• Tax exemption is not applied automatically at checkout until your account is approved
• If you place an order before approval, taxes may be charged
