It's easy to return a product purchased from our website

  2. NOTE: OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM CANNOT INITIATE THE RETURN FOR YOU.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must not have been installed, mounted, used, or altered in any way.
  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Please Note: Once an item has been installed, the right to return is forfeited.


Return Processing:

  • Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, you won't be charged a restocking fee.

  • If the return is because of customer preferences or mistakes, a restocking fee of 25% will apply.

Order Cancellation:

  • A 25% cancellation charge may apply to orders canceled after 24 hours.
  • If you mistakenly order an item and purchase the correct one, we can waive the processing fee.
