It's easy to return a product purchased from our website

NOTE: OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM CANNOT INITIATE THE RETURN FOR YOU.

Return Conditions:
- Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must not have been installed, mounted, used, or altered in any way.
- All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Please Note: Once an item has been installed, the right to return is forfeited.
Return Processing:
Once your return is approved, a return label will be provided within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
If the return is due to an error on our part, you won't be charged a restocking fee.
If the return is because of customer preferences or mistakes, a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
Order Cancellation:
- A 25% cancellation charge may apply to orders canceled after 24 hours.
- If you mistakenly order an item and purchase the correct one, we can waive the processing fee.
