Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
How to request a cancellation
- Reply to your order confirmation email
- Or contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
What happens next?
If your order has NOT shipped:
We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped:
We won’t be able to cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives.
How long do refunds take?
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Important notes
- Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation requests are time-sensitive
- We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order enters fulfillment
